- 2/3 cup of already prepared steel-cut oats
- 1 tablespoon of sweet cherry butter (I use a local brand called Handsome Brook Farms, made in the Catskills)
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- a sprinkle of low fat granola
Heat up steel-cut oats in microwave. You can prepare them the night before so you have them ready to go for the next day.
Add almond butter, cherry butter and granola, and enjoy!
